Was Renaud Duval leading three lives a week? Three women are waiting for him to return. Each claims to be his only love. Together, they will try to unravel the enigma of an impossible triple life... But as in a theatre of illusions, shadows lurk, ready to take revenge. Who knows the truth? Who is manipulating? Who is pulling the strings? Beware of the invisible threads... The Club de Lecture will discuss La faiseuse d'étoiles by Mélissa Da Costa.
"You taught me an important lesson today. I thought I was doing the right thing, but you're right. We always look for happiness
far from home. We think it's to be found in the exotic, in different landscapes, new scents, imposing buildings. That's not always
true, is it? Sometimes happiness is just the three of us sitting on a hill".
In this moving story, Mélissa Da Costa proves once again that imagination knows no bounds, and that there is no greater power than love
to heal the deepest wounds.

The Club de Lecture will discuss Pleine terre by Corinne Royer.
Inspired by a tragic true story, this novel, which is as psychological as it is political, highlights the confiscated hopes and fragility of
farmers in the face of the aberrations of a system that is degrading our relationship with living things. With her ardent and compassionate
tone, Corinne Royer bears witness to the collapse of the farming world and questions the chaos of our contemporary societies, which seem
deaf to the tragedy unfolding in the countryside.
